No Mas Panzon

Ok so the holidays are over and its time for me to stop fucking around and get back to my diet/work our regamine, I have gained back some weight and I am not liking it. I admit, eating all the yummy foods that were presented to me was great but I probably could have cut back and only ate half and still been happy. I have always said I am a fan of food, I really enjoy eating, I suppose I just enjoy eating the wrong stuff sometimes.


So I am back to my diet/work out routine as I mentioned above, this time with some new help in the weight loss department. I am taking Hydroxycut


I have heard good things about this pill and a coworker of mine is taking it and I like the results. I understand that not everyone's body is the same, but since we kinda have the same work out and diet, I am thinking that the results shouldn't be that different.


So here is my *weekday diet

Breakfast - Hydroxycut, water, oatmeal

Morning snack - water, celery sticks or carrots

Lunch - Slim Fast or a protein shake, both meal replacements

Afternoon snack - water, celery sticks or carrots

work out

Dinner - water, Chicken (George Foreman grill style) with either vegetables or brown rice


*Weekends still have water and hydroxycut, but the meals may be strictly breakfast, lunch and dinner, with no snacks.


So as far as the work out goes here it is

Monday - Chest

Tuesday - Arms (Biceps and Triceps)

Wednesday - Back and Shoulders

Thursday - Cardio (eliptical, treadmill, bike)

Friday - Free, Cardio or Rest depending on how I feel

Weekend - Rest


You may have noticed that I only put cardio down as one day, its because cardio is so damn boring. I will try to do some here and there through out the week, but in the end I could really do without it.


So lets see how long it takes me to get back down to the 170's, I have to buy a scale because the ones at the gym I go to give me two different weights, so until I get my own scale I will not post any current weight.
