Sushi

Yay, sushi is very good. Well, let me rephrase that, the sushi that I have eaten is very good, I have no eaten all sushi. I like going to either Niko Sushi or Yasai to get my sushi, since my girlfriend does not like it we don't go out to many sushi bars. I, like alot of people, like the California Rolls.

I get just the California Rolls at Yasai, but at Niko Sushi the shogun combo comes with the California Rolls and 8 pieces of sushi, which I believe is 2 Tuna, 2 Salmon, 2 albacore and 2 of another type of fish, it is really good.

The only downside to eating this healthy food is the cost, sushi is very expensive, i would probably limit myself to eating it once or twice a week. Hopefull this will help out with both my Lent agreement as well as my diet,

Lent, its just not that stuff in your belly button anymore

So for Lent this year I gave up Burgers and Sodas, this does not include Diet Rockstars but I will try to cut back on them. I gave these up due for two reasons:

1. The movie "Supersize Me", fuck that shit, I hated myself so much after seeing that movie. I felt bad about every burger I have ever eaten.

2. Soda is one of my biggest pleasures, I have to cut it out because it is helping me gain weight, and frankly I would like to have the least amount of help with that as possible.

Now granted Lent is roughly 40 days, and after Easter hits its no more giving up, but I think I will stick to this as long as possible, I am not a big fan of gaining weight and maybe altering my choice in food will cut back the places I can eat which will trickle down to my wallet and help it not look like its on a diet

Ash Wednesday

You would think it's not hard to make two lines with your thumb, but I supose we can't all be artist. The lady who gave me my ash probably didn't go to school for art, as you can see my cross is more of just a dot, which makes it kind of embarassing when I got eat later, because while everybody has nice crosses I have a target

How many hours do I really work a week....

Ok, so honestly I was thinking about this today after I read an article that polled IT people and found out they are only working 40% of the week, The rest of the week is online or doing personal stuff. I looked at this and wondered how I fit in this category, seeing I am an IT person at my job, so lets break it down.

Monday - Busy, out of an 8 hour work day, I am off the phones about an hour on breaks and personal walking around and another hour for lunch which does not count, so thats now 7 hours I am logged on the phones taking calls, out of that 7 hours there are times I do not get calls so lets take another hour, on our busiest day, I am only really working 5.5-6 hours

Tuesday - This month I am on a certain duty at job on Tuesdays, which means I log on the phones at 6am and log off from 7am until 3pm when I get off, in those hours I monitor emails that come in and make calls to sites if need be. I am writing right now, and am getting paid for it. On this day I would say I only work about 2-2.5 hours

Wednesday I am off

Thursday and Friday - These are mediocre days, they could be slow or busy, I still take my breaks and personal walk around time, so lets say again5.5-6 hours

Saturday I am off

Sunday - I come in at 2am, do my weekend assignment which lasts me until 3:30, sleep until 7 when the next guy comes in, take a few calls that come in around that time, go to lunch for 30 minutes, come back listen to podcasts or sleep or just goof around online and at 10:30 I go home, all in all I work around 2.5-3 hours on a Sunday

WOW, I only work around 23.5 hours on average a week, on months that I do not do special projects during the week I would say I work around 29 hours a week, which leaves me with 11 hours of being at work doing abolutely nothing productive, I love my job

Come on Pizza Hut

Why are you so late in the lower prices on Pizzas. $15 for a large, GTFO. I don't care why the pizzas at Little Ceasers are able to be $5, I just care that they are cheap and always ready. Stop, before you start on me on how the pizzas are under a heat lamp for "X" amout of hours until I get it, think of how your burgers taste and remember that those same burgers have been sitting under the same lamps and also those lights burn out and get dim, not all food is staying fresh hot. I used to work at Wendys, the meat that was burnt all day got saved in a metal box that had no heat and was poured into the chili the next day, don't worry I am sure the chili killed whatever grew on the meat over night. Another Wendy's favorite were their baked potatoes, which I cleaned and had to put on a rack to dry...that was sitting over a sickly smelling trash can, so when you opened the potatoe it smelled like shit. I know this got turned into a Wendy's bashing, so let me get back to the point. Pizza places lower your prices, most of the shot you sell is brought from the store anyway, I know cost comes due to convienance but come on with how things are going there should be some price cuts, give a guy like me a chance.

Down Time

So at work there are times where there is down time, for some reason I was feeling dizzy and drunk and kinda stoned, I am not sure if it was the cold medication mixed with a diet rockstar and some mike and ikes or just a self high, but either way I got into some weird trance and drew these two pictures and the numbers just popped in my head so I put them in

I just found this when I walked in the bathroom, I assume its the property of the people who clean the bathrooms but they are no where to be found
